International leaderboard

The optional world leaderboard sends the public player name you choose, a random anonymous player identifier, your score statistics, and the app-store platform to our leaderboard service. Other players can see your chosen name, platform, score and rank.

The anonymous identifier and a private device token keep your profile associated with your installation. The private token is never displayed publicly. Network providers necessarily process IP addresses to deliver the service; the leaderboard keeps only a short-lived one-way hash for abuse-rate limiting and does not store the raw address.

You can change your public name or remove your public leaderboard profile from the World tab at any time. If you do not join, no leaderboard profile is created. Scores wait locally while offline and sync when connectivity returns.

Battles and presence alerts

Optional online battles send your chosen public player name, anonymous player identifier, team name when used, invite code, online-presence heartbeat, puzzle result, completion time and mistake count. Other battle participants can see the chosen name, team, online or away status, score, result and rank.

Presence is considered online only while a recent heartbeat exists. Battle rooms expire after 24 hours and expired battle data is removed during routine service cleanup. The app may keep the active invite code and last-seen counts on your device to provide optional battle notifications. Android may delay background alerts to save battery.

Offline pass-and-play battles never send battle names or results to the internet. You can leave an online battle or disable battle alerts from the Battle tab.

Advertising and purchases

Where enabled, Google AdMob and the applicable app store may process device, advertising, consent, transaction and diagnostic information under their own terms. Purchases are handled by the store; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
